医疗护理责任制在护理质量改进管理中的应用

Medical Care System in the Application of the Nursing Quality Improvement

目的探究医疗护理责任制在护理质量改进管理中的应用效果和价值。方法方便选取该院2013年2月—2015年10月间在职的36名医护人员进行分组,对照组不进行医疗护理责任制,只进行常规护理工作;观察组进行医疗护理责任制,并进行常规护理工作,观察两组效果并进行比较。结果观察组护士的查房次数明显多于对照组,观察组护士的交接时间明显短于对照组;对照组总满意率76.67%不及观察组96.67%,组间比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论医疗护理责任制在护理质量改进管理中的应用效果良好,能够提高患者的满意率,同时提高护士的工作积极性,并且对于工作效率的提升有积极的作用,因而值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the medical care system in the management of nursing quality improvement application effect and value. Methods Convenient selection in our hospital from February 2013 to October 2015 on-the-job between 36 medical staff group, control group without medical care system, routine nursing only; Observation group responsibility system for medical care, and routine nursing work; Observe effect of two groups and compared. Results The number of nurse patient rounds of the observation group was obviously more than the control group, the nurses the transition time of observation group was obviously shorter than the control group; Control group total satisfaction rate 76.67% 76.67% less than the observation group, comparing differences between groups, P〈0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion The health care system in the management of nursing quality improvement application effect is good, can improve the patient＇s satisfaction, at the same time improve the nurses＇ working enthusiasm, and to promote the efficiency of work have a positive effect, and therefore is worthy of clinical promotion.
