胶艾汤加减治疗疤痕子宫人流术后阴道流血的临床研究

Clinical Study on Modified Jiaoai Decoction in the Treatment of Vaginal Bleeding after Scarred Uterus Induced Abortion

目的研究胶艾汤加减治疗疤痕子宫人流术后阴道流血的治疗效果。方法整群选取2013年12月—2014年5月该院收治的剖宫产术后2年内早孕(6周内),要求无痛人流终止妊娠患者96例为研究对象,随机分为观察组、对照组各48例,均行人流术,术后对照组口服宫血宁、阿莫西林胶囊,观察组在此基础上加服胶艾汤,治疗1周比较出血量、出血时间、治疗有效率及安全性。结果观察组治疗后出血量(23.31±4.25)m L、出血时间(3.21±0.35)d明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率89.6%与对照组72.9%比较显著较高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胶艾汤加减治疗对疤痕子宫人流术后阴道流血有明显控制作用,值得在临床广泛推广。

Objective To study the curative effects of modified Jiaoai Decoction in vaginal bleeding after scarred uterus induced abortion. Methods Group selection 96 patients who had early pregnancy（in 6 weeks） in two years after cesarean section and required for painless induced abortion in our hospital between December 2013 to May 2014 were selected as study subjects and were randomized into observation group and control group, 48 cases in each. All patients underwent induced abortion. After operation, the control group took oral Gongxuening Capsule and Amoxicillin Capsule. On the basis, the observation group took Jiaoai Decoction. After 1 week of treatment, the bleeding volume, bleeding time, effective rate and safety were compared. Results The bleeding volume（23.31±4.25） m L and bleeding time（3.21±0.35） d of observation group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）; The total effective ratein observation group（89.6%）was significantly higher than control group（72.9%）（P〈0.05）; There was no significant difference in incidence of side effects between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Jiaoai Decoction can significantly control vaginal bleeding after scarred uterus induced abortion, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
