超声弹性成像在乳腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值分析

目的分析超声弹性成像在乳腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法方便选取2014年7月—2015年4月来该院入院检查的110例乳腺肿块患者,对这110例患者进行普通超声成像和弹性成像两种方式的检查,再将两种方式的检查结果即乳腺肿块的良恶性同病理检测的结果进行比较,检验两种检验方式的符合度。结果常规超声检测的结果为110例患者中67例为良性,43例为恶性,检验符合率为72.83%（67/92）;超声弹性成像的检测结果为110例患者中,82例为良性,28例为恶性,检验符合率为89.13%（82/91）,超声弹性成像的检验符合率优于常规超声检验,两组比较具有可比性（P=0.042,χ^2=5.67）。结论超声弹性成像在乳腺病灶良恶性检查诊断符合率更高,具有临床推广价值。

Objective Analysis of applied value of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of breast tumor. Methods Convenient selection on July 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital examination of 110 patients with breast lumps, of the 110 cases of patients with normal ultrasonic imaging and elasticity imaging examination in two ways, then the two ways of inspection results of benign and malignant breast tumors, and comparison with the testing results of the pathological inspection two way conformity degree. Results Conventional ultrasonic testing results of 110 patients in 67 cases of benign, 43 cases of malignant, inspection coincidence rate was 72.83%（67/92）. Ultrasound elasticity imaging test results for 110 patients, 82 cases of benign, 28 cases were malignant, coincidence rate was 89.13%（82/91）.Conclusion Ultrasonic elastography in benign and malignant breast lesions inspection diagnosis coincidence rate is higher, has clinical value.
