血浆NT-proBNP预测急性非ST段抬高心肌梗死患者血管急性闭塞的价值

Value of plasma NT-proBNP on predicting acute vascular occlusion in myocardial infarction patients with acute non-ST segment elevation

目的探讨血浆NT-pro BNP预测急性非ST段抬高心肌梗死患者血管急性闭塞的价值。方法选取2014年4月～2015年4月在本院就诊的60例急性非ST段抬高心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,按照冠状动脉造影结果分为非闭塞组（30例）和闭塞组（30例）。两组均行急诊PCI,给予阿司匹林、硝酸酯和他汀类调脂药物。比较两组的NT-pro BNP、c Tn I水平及相关指标变化情况。结果闭塞组的血清NT-pro BNP、c Tn I水平显著高于非闭塞组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。闭塞组的A、DT值均大于非闭塞组,E、LVEF值小于非闭塞组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论血浆NT-pro BNP在急性非ST段抬高心肌梗死患者血管急性闭塞预测中具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the value of plasma NT-pro BNP on predicting acute vascular occlusion in myocardial infarction patients with acute non-ST segment elevation.Methods 60 myocardial infarction patients with acute non-ST segment elevation from April 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into the non-occlusion group（30 cases） and the occlusion group（30 cases） according to outcomes of coronary arteriography.Both groups were performed with percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI） as well as aspirin,nitrates,and statins.The level of NT-pro BNP and c Tn I,the relevant indicators was compared in the two groups.Results The level of serum NT-pro BNP and c Tn I in the occlusion group was higher than that in the non-occlusion group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The value of A and DT in the occlusion group was larger than that in the non-occlusion group,the value of E and LVEF in the occlusion group was less than that in the non-occlusion group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Plasma NTpro BNP predicting on acute vascular occlusion in myocardial infarction patients with acute non-ST segment elevation is of great importance.
