基于Roy适应模式的支持护理方案在感音神经性耳聋患者中的应用效果

Application effect analysis on supportive care scheme(based on Roy adaptation model) for patients with sensorineural deafness

目的探讨基于Roy适应模式的支持护理方案在感音神经性耳聋患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取2015年11月～2016年4月在某三级甲等综合医院住院的92例感音神经性耳聋患者作为研究对象,在随机分组后,对照组45例患者采用常规护理干预,观察组47例患者采用基于Roy模式的认知护理方案,比较两组患者干预前后的症状自评得分（SCL-90）、疾病适应情况和临床治疗效果。结果干预后观察组患者SCL-90各因子得分及疾病适应的各方面评分均明显改善且优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗有效率明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论基于Roy适应模式的支持护理方案可改善感音神经性耳聋聋患者对疾病的适应性,提高心理健康水平,提升临床治疗效果,值得在临床护理中进一步推广。

Objective To explore clinical value of supportive care scheme（based on Roy adaptation model） for patients with sensorineural deafness.Methods 92 patients with sensorineural deafness who were hospitalized in a grade Ⅲ,class A general hospital from November,2015 to April,2016 were selected as the research objects.After random allocation,45 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,while 47 patients in the observation group were treated with cognitive nursing scheme based on Roy model.The two groups scores of SCL-90,disease adaptation situation and clinical therapeutic effect before and after intervention were collected.Results As for SCL-90 factors and scores of every aspect of disease adaptation,the observation group improved significantly and was much better than that of control group in the same period（P 〈0.05）;treatment efficiency of the observation group was much better than that of control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The supportive care scheme based on Roy adaptation model can improve sensorineural deafness patients′ adaptability to diseases,enhance their mental health level,improve the clinical therapeutic effects.Thus,it is worthy of further promotion in clinical nursing.
