围术期综合护理干预在严重眼外伤患者中的应用效果

Application effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with severe ocular trauma

目的探讨围术期综合护理干预在严重眼外伤患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2013年2月～2015年9月收治的110例严重眼外伤手术患者,随机分为观察组（n=55）与对照组（n=55）,对照组给予围术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予围术期综合护理干预,对比两组患者生干预前后自我接纳调查问卷（SAQ）评分、负性自动思维调查问卷（ATQ）评分。结果干预前两组ATQ、SA、SE评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,干预后两组ATQ评分降低、SA、SE评分增高,且干预后观察组ATQ低于对照组（P〈0.05）,SA和SE评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预可有效降低严重眼外伤患者负性思维,改善患者的心理状态,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore application effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with severe ocular trauma.Methods 110 patients with severe ocular trauma from February 2013 to September 2013 of our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into observation group（n=55） and control group（n=55）.Patients in control group were given perioperative routine nursing care and patients in observation group were further given perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of control group.Before and after intervention,Self Acceptance Questionnaire score（SAQ） and Negative automatic thinking questionnaire score（ATQ） in two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,the ATQ,SA and SE score between two groups had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）;After intervention,the ATQ score in two groups decreased,but SA and SE increased,and the ATQ in observation group was lower than that of control group after intervention（P〈0.05）,while SA and SE score were higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the negative thinking of patients with severe ocular trauma,improve the psychological status of patients and enhance the life quality.
