自发性低颅压所致双侧硬膜下血肿致脑疝1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 自发性低颅压综合征（SIH）是自发性脊髓CSF漏引起,以直立性头痛为主要症状的临床综合征。该病可继发硬膜下血肿,严重病例可出现脑实质受压的局灶性症状、意识障碍甚至脑疝,临床相对少见且易误诊,现将我院收治的1例自发性低颅压所致双侧硬膜下血肿致脑疝的病例报道如下。
