京津冀地区市场协同发展研究

A Research on the Market Coordination Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

推动京津冀三地市场的协同发展,是增强京津冀城市群协同竞争力,践行京津冀协同发展战略的重要举措。市场的协同发展,从本质上需要破除横亘在要素流通过程中的各种壁垒,推动要素流动的自由化。就目前而言,京津冀的市场协同发展现状不尽如人意。该文通过构建方程,既测算了京津冀市场整体的相对价格方差,描绘了近15年京津冀的市场协同脉络,还测算了京—津、京—冀和津—冀等3组相邻省市的相对价格方差,以及这些数值与京津冀市场整体相对价格方差之间差值的绝对值。分析了京津冀地区相邻省市之间的市场协同度以及其与整体协同度之间的差异程度。通过对数据的测算与分析,我们总结出了相关的思路,以资借鉴。

Promotion the market coordinated development ot Beijing-Tianjin -Hebei region is an important measure which is benifit for enhancing the coordination competiveness of Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomerations, and actively implementing the collaborated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The market collaborated development, in essence, should get rid of all kinds of obstacle among markets and promote the free flow of productions. At the present, the market collaborated development among Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is not satisfied. Through the establishment equations, this paper calculates the variance in the relative prices of the market among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, depicting the market collaborative context of three places in recently 15 years. It also calculates the variance in the relative price of Beijing and Tianjin, Beijing and Hebei, Tianjin and Hebei, as well as the absolute value of the difference between it and overall market relative price variance among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. It analyzes the gap of market coordination degree between the two neighbor provinces and three provinces. Through the calculation and analysis of the data ,we sum up some ideas and give the conclusion.
