摘要 采用过硫酸盐体系着色液对铜锌合金拉链进行红古铜化学着色。通过正交试验得到最优着色液组成和工艺条件:氢氧化钠50 g/L,过硫酸钾15 g/L,温度75°C,时间5 min。分别通过摩擦试验,普通水和酵素水耐洗试验,以及中性盐雾试验,表征了最优工艺条件下所得着色膜的结合力、耐洗色牢度和耐蚀性。结果表明,在最优工艺条件下得到的膜层各项性能合格,满足工业和日常生活的需要。 Chemical red bronze coloring was carried out for copper–zinc alloy zipper using a persulfate coloring bath. The optimal coloring bath composition and process conditions obtained by orthogonal test are as follows: sodium hydroxide 50 g/L, potassium persulfate 15 g/L, temperature 75 ℃, and time 5 min. The adhesion strength, color fastness to washing and corrosion resistance of the colored film were characterized by friction test, washing resistance test with water and enzyme, and neutral salt spray test, respectively. The results showed that all of the properties of the colored film obtained under the optimal process conditions are qualified, meeting the needs of industry and daily life.
