镀锡板生产线上锡的意外电结晶的防治

Prevention and control of undesired tin electrocrystallization in electrolytic tinning line

分析了带钢连续电镀锡生产线运行过程中电镀槽内出现锡的意外电结晶现象。电绝缘失效、双极性电镀均能导致锡的意外电结晶的发生。从设计、操作与维护方面提出了防治对策。

The phenomenon called undesired tin electrocrystallization occurred in plating tank during the continuous electrolytic tinning of strip steel in production line was analyzed. Either electric insulation failure or bipolar electroplating would lead to such phenomenon. Some countermeasures were presented from the aspects of design, operation and maintenance.
