民宿经济与区域文化协同发展策略探究

近几年随着旅游业发展和新农村建设需求,民宿经济成为时下最热门的经济形式之一,但在民宿发展中出现山寨、过度设计、同质化、资本过度介入等问题。针对国内民宿经济与区域文化发展不协调的现状,总结概括国内外的民宿经济与区域文化协同发展现状,深入发掘民宿经济与区域文化协同发展过程中存在的具体问题,详细分析问题产生的原因,并提出切实可行的解决方法。

In the last few years , with the current tourism development and incrasing demand of the construction of new countryside , homestay economy has bacome one of the hottest economic forms , but problems like cottage , over design , homogenization , the over intervention of the capital and so on appeared in thedevelopment of homestay .In view of the present uncoordinated situation of syner-getic development of domestic homestay economy and regional cultural , this paper summed up do-mestic and foreign homestay economy and regional culture synergetic development status , in-depth to explore specific problems existing in the process of the synergetic development of homestay economy and regional culture , detailed analysis of the reasons , and puts forward feasible solutions .
