摘要
创业动机的激发直接影响着创业行为的实施,并受自身习惯性的认知偏差影响。认知偏差对大学生创业动机有积极影响和消极影响两个方面,分析内在动机与认知偏差的关系,利用认知偏差的积极影响,增强创业动机,提出创业教育的新思路,具有重要意义。
The entrepreneurial motivation of students has a direct impact on implementing entrepreneur-ial behavior.But the entrepreneurial motivation has been affected by cognitive concepts .In the paper, from the cognitive biases positive impact or negative impact on entrepreneurial motivation , we analyze the relationship between intrinsic motivation and cognitive biases;and based on self-identification cognitive biases, reducing the negative interference cognitive biases, and enhanced entrepreneurial motivation, in the view of the rational use of cognitive bias , we put forward a new perspective of entrepreneurship education .
