职教教师职务评审标准修订实践探讨——以天津市为例

摘要 通过分析职业教育教师职务评审修订的必要性,探讨修订的基本原则和总体依据,调整评审要求的整体结构,并修订具体条例。结合国家政策、天津市相关规定及各职业院校经验和教师的需求,提出强化政策研究、重视经验总结、关注教师成长的修订基本原则,明确了名称及具体业务条件修订的内容。 By analyzing the necessity of vocational education teachers′ position review revision, the revision of the basic principles and general basis is discussed in this paper, the overall structure of the audit requirements is adjusted, and the specific regulations are revised. Based on the experience and the demand of teachers of vocational colleges, the basic principle of revision in combination with national policy and the policy in Tianjin City, the principle is proposed, which with strengthens policy research, attaches importance to experience, focuses on teacher development, and makes the name and the content of the revised specific conditions clear.
