护理专业实习生对临床能力培养的需求分析

分析护理专业实习生对临床能力培养的需求。将镇江市高等专科学校卫生护理学院2011年1月~2014年4月接收实习生作为调查对象,按照学历将其分为本科实习生和专科实习生,对其进行临床调查。实习生对临床各项能力要求均相对,尤其是理论知识、护理技能、沟通技巧等,本科、专科实习生的临床能力需求评分无区别（P〉0.05）,但从调查结果排序来看,本、专科生对于临床护理能力均有较高需求,此外,本科生对于护理职业素质也有较高需求,而专科生则更加注重沟通技能。护理实习生对临床能力培养有着较高的需求,但是本、专科生注重的临床能力排序有差异,临床教育者需根据学生层次制定针对性培养方案,以提高专业技能。
