心内科老年患者睡眠障碍原因分析及针对性护理干预

Analysis of Causes of Cardiovascular Diseases in Elderly Patients With Sleep Disorder and Targeted Nursing Interventions

目的分析心内科老年患者睡眠障碍的主要原因及针对性的护理干预措施。方法选取我院于2014年1月~2015年1月收治的104例心内科老年患者,对所有患者睡眠障碍情况进行量表筛查,之后将有睡眠障碍的88例患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受针对性护理干预,比较两组患者接受护理后的睡眠质量指数。结果导致心内科老年患者睡眠障碍的原因主要有疾病因素、心理因素、其它因素等,观察组患者的睡眠质量指数优于对照组患者,两组患者数据经对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心内科老年患者睡眠障碍的原因相对较多,医护人员需进行相应把握,并实施针对性护理干预措施。

Objective To analyze main causes of cardiovascular diseases in elderly patients with sleep disorder and dpecific nursing interventions. Methods In our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were treated 104 cases of cardiovascular diseases in elderly patients, all patients with sleep disorder screening scale situation, and then the sleep disorder 88 patients were randomly divided into control group observation group and the control group received usual care, patients in the observation group targeted nursing intervention, the two groups of patients receiving care after sleep quality index. Results The main cause of cardiovascular diseases in elderly patients with sleep disorder due to a disease factors, psychological factors, other factors, sleep quality index of the group of patients than the control group patients, two groups of patient data was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Cardiovascular diseases in elderly patients with sleep disorder with relatively more reason, health care workers need to make the appropriate grasp and implement specific nursing interventions.
