摘要
以磷石膏为原料,通过粗CaCO_3制备、酸溶样、NH_4HCO_3及NH_4OH沉淀的工艺流程,制备了纯度较高的碳酸钙纳米材料。研究了制备方法、反应温度、添加剂、反应体系p H值等因素对产品颗粒形貌及结构的影响。利用X-射线粉末衍射、高分辨扫描电镜对产物进行了结构及形貌表征。结果表明反应溶液pH值较高时(p H值≥11),有利于得到分散性好,形貌均一的产物。
The phosphogypsum was used as the raw material to prepared calcium carbonate nanomaterials. The influence factors including synthetic method,reaction temperature,additives and p H value were studied. X- ray powder diffraction and high resolution scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize the structure and morphology of the as- prepared products. The results showed that the reaction solution with high p H( p H≥11) was more benefit to obtain the sample with highly monodispersity and uniform morphology.
