摘要
先利用Ar等离子体预处理,再接枝丙烯酸(AA)单体,对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)中空纤维膜表面进行持久亲水改性。实验考察了不同等离子体处理和接枝反应条件对膜亲水性能的影响,实验结果表明,PTFE膜在放电功率为300 W、处理时间为120 s、Ar气体流量为30 cm^3·min^(-1)和接枝温度为50℃、时间为8 h、丙烯酸体积浓度为20%时,膜表面接触角降到50°,显著提高了膜的亲水性,拓宽了PTFE膜的应用范围。
Used Ar plasma pretreatment, and then grafted with acrylic acid( AA) monomer, the polytetrafluoroethylene( PTFE) hollow fiber membrane surface was enduringly hydrophilic modified. Experiment examined the different plasma treatments and grafting reaction conditions on the influence of membrane hydrophilic. The results showed that the PTFE hollow fiber membrane in plasma power was 300 W,the processing time was 120 s,Ar gas flow rate was 30 cm^3·min^-1 with grafting reaction temperature of 50 ℃ in 8 h,AA volume concentration was 20%,the membrane surface contact angle dropped to 50°. It significantly improved the membrane hydrophilic,broadens the application range of PTFE membrane.
