摘要
海马是传统药材,价格昂贵,以增重为目的的伪劣加工较为常见,关于海马产品的污染物限量标准及检验标准仍需进一步完善。本文建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时分析海马产品中铅、镁、铝、铁等元素含量的方法。加标回收实验评价了该方法的准确性,并测定了方法检出限。通过对于金属元素含量总和的分析,将该方法应用于快速筛查伪劣海马加工产品。
Seahorse is an expensive traditional medicinal material,some of the seahorse product underwent an illegal manufacture process for weight increment. The national safety standard and detection standard for seahorse product need further improvement. The method of the samples using microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP- MS) method for simultaneous determination of lead,magnesium,aluminum,iron in seahorse product was established,the method accuracy was evaluated by the standard recovery method,the detection limit was also determined.The method is used in rapid identification of poor quality seahorse product.
