摘要
建立气相色谱法检测水产配合饲料原料中苯酚类污染物残留的分析方法,样品经过酸性水溶液提取,采用正己烷萃取,碳酸钾溶液反萃取,乙酸酐衍生,再由GC-ECD法同时检测,外标法定量,阳性样品采用GC/MS确证。方法的回收率为80.1%~98.5%,RSD为2.12%~4.82%,方法检测限为:0.5~3.0μg/kg。本方法操作简便、准确度高、灵敏度好等,可作为检测水产饲料主要原料中苯酚类污染物残留的日常检测方法。
A method was developed for the determination of phenolic compounds Residues in main material of aquatie formula feed. The phenolic compounds Residues were extracted from samples with acidity water. The extracts were purified with hexane and potassium carbonate solution,and then acetic anhydride was added. Phenolic compounds were derivatized and submitted to be determined by gas chromatography equipped with electron- capture detector( GC- ECD)and confirmed with GC / MS. The recoveries were in the ranges of 80. 1% ~ 98. 5%,the RSDs were in the ranges of2. 12% ~ 4. 82%. The detection limits of the phenolic compounds were in the range of 0. 5 ~ 3. 0 μg / kg. The method is simple,accurate and sensitive,and could be used as a routine method for the determination of phenolic compounds residues in main material of aquatie formula feed.
