非污染生态型蜈蚣草对砷的吸收和转化

摘要 分析在野外条件下自然生长的不同生态类型的蜈蚣草植株体内砷的浓度差异,以及不同部位对砷的富集能力,其地上部与地下部砷浓度变化范围分别为643.1~3009.03 mg/L、44.4~112.4 mg/L,通过进一步阐述砷在蜈蚣草植株不同部位的形态分布情况,在此基础上探讨了不同种类野外生态型蜈蚣草对砷的吸收和转化规律,了解其对砷的吸收和转化的机理,以期对蜈蚣草的直接应用和富集生物量大、适应性强的砷超富集工程植株提供科学指导。 Arsenic of the concentration difference in field conditions to natural growth of different ecological types of centipede grass plant body was analyzed, as well as different parts of arsenic enrichment capacity, the arsenic concentration in aboveground and belowground variation range was 643. 1 ~ 3009. 03 mg / L and 44. 4 ~ 112. 4 mg / L.Arsenic in the form of centipede grass plants in different parts of the distribution was further illustrated,on this basis,the effect of different types of centipede grass field ecotype absorption and transformation law of arsenic was discussed,understanding the mechanism of absorption and conversion of arsenic,provided scientific guidance to direct application of centipede grass,enrichment large biomass and adaptable arsenic hyperaccumulation engineering plant.
