摘要 本科"导师制"在国内外各高校已逐步形成规模并取得了良好的学生管理实效。基于制药工程专业特点和人才培养需要,提出一套由年级辅导员、专业课教师和教学管理人员组成的多元学生管理体系。该模式融合了人才培养与学生管理双重职能,是对传统学生管理模式的补充和创新,也是对传统本科生导师制的丰富和改革,为构建面向企业、面向应用的制药工程人才培养模式带来新的思路。 Undergraduate tutor system has gradually formed the scale and obtained good effectiveness in student management both at home and abroad. Based on the character of pharmaceutical engineering and the talents training needs,a multiple student management system was presented. The system composed of a set of personnel including grade assistants,teachers and teaching management personnel. Present model combined the dual functions of personnel training and the management of students. It was not only the complement and innovation for the traditional student management mode,but also enriched and reformed the traditional undergraduate tutorial system,and will bring new idea for the enterprise and application oriented pharmaceutical engineering talents training mode.
