The Designing of Adjustable Overflow Tank in Horizontal Continuous Foaming Machine for the Flexible Polyurethane Foam

设计了一种用于水平连续发泡机的可调式溢流槽,通过调节溢流槽的倾斜度来调节溢流槽的容量,进而及时方便地调整混合原料出溢流槽时的黏度,克服了固定容量式溢流槽的缺点,使软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料产品的质量和成品率得到提高。

A kind of capacity-adjustable overflow tank for the horizontal continuous foaming machines was de- signed. The capacity of the overflow tank could be adjusted by the inclination of the tank, so the viscosity of the mixed materials from the overflow tank could be adjusted. It overcame the disadvantages of the fixed-capacity one, the quality and yield of the flexible polyurethane foam were improved.
