料温对聚氨酯硬泡组合料发泡时间的影响

摘要 通过对2个不同聚氨酯硬泡组合料配方的发泡工艺参数的研究,将所测反应时间与对应料温进行线性拟合。结果表明,料温与几种发泡时间参数有线性关系,可通过测试物料的几种发泡反应时间推导出对应的组合料反应初期的实际温度。 The foaming process parameter of two different formulation of polyurethane rigid foam were investi- gated, and the relations of the foaming time verus raw material temperature were linear fitted. The results indicated that there were linear relation between raw material temperature and several foaming time. The actual temperature of PU systems in foaming beginning could be derived by the several foaming time.
