摘要
目的研究脑损伤前后脑网络的相应改变。方法通过多时点结构磁共振体素分析技术,对急性脑梗死患者运动相关灰质体积和白质连系改变进行研究。结果急性皮质下脑梗死后远隔部位灰质和白质继发体积变化。结论急性局灶性皮质下梗死后,远隔部位运动相关脑网络变化可对患者运动功能恢复起抑制或促进作用。
Aim:To research the corresponding change of brain injury and brain networks. Methods: Through structure magnetic resonance imaging voxel analysis technique at multipoint, the patients with acute cerebral infarction associated with motion-ralated gray matter volume and white matter connection alterations were studied. Results: Distal parts of the gray volume and white matter connection in acute cerebral infarction patients were changed. Conclusion: After acute focal cerebral infarction,changes of distal brain network associatied with movement may inhibit or promot the recovery of motor function in patients.
