丰田车载动力电池典型产品专利布局

摘要 车载动力电池是新能源汽车的动力来源,近年来由于动力电池引发新能源汽车起火的事故频频发生,车载动力电池安全技术直接决定了新能源汽车能否安全行驶。丰田声称其采用了非常高的标准进行动力电池的开发,包括电解液不能蒸发、泄露,用坚固材料包装电池,并能够实现及时自动切断电路等等尽可能防止发生意外,这使得丰田所有的混合动力轿车都没有出现过电池事故,该文针对动力电池安全技术,通过挖掘丰田NP2.0、Li1.0电池产品的专利,进而了解丰田车载动力电池的关键技术。
