摘要 二氧化钛纳米材料具备优异的电化学和光电性能,是当前研究最为广泛的材料之一。作为一种优秀的半导体材料,近年来已成为传感器领域的研究热点之一。由溶胶凝胶法、电沉积法、化学气相沉积法、物理气相沉积法、直接氧化法以及水热法等方法可制备出不同结构的二氧化钛纳米材料。该文综述了近年来不同结构的Ti O2基纳米材料应用于气体传感器和生物传感器的研究成果。 titanium dioxide nano material has excellent electrochemical and optical properties, which is one of the most widely studied materials at present.As an excellent semiconductor material, it has become one of the hotspots of research in the field of sensors in recent years.This paper summarizes the research achievements of the titanium dioxide based nanomaterials applied to gas sensors and biosensors.
