联合用药治疗高血压180例效果分析

The Effect of Combination Therapy of 180 Hypertensive Cases

目的探讨联合用药治疗高血压180例的效果。方法 2012年2月至2014年12月选择在我院诊治的高血压患者360例,根据随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组,每组180例。对照组单用厄贝沙坦治疗,治疗组给予厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗,都治疗1个月。结果治疗后治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为95.0%和81.1%,两组有效率对比差异明显,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的收缩压与舒张压都明显下降(P<0.05),同时治疗后治疗组的收缩压与舒张压都明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。所有患者在治疗期间都没有病例出现严重不良反应,轻微不良反应都未予处理,维持治疗后症状消失。结论联合用药治疗高血压能有效提高治疗疗效,降压幅度更大,安全性也比较好,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of combination therapy of 180 cases of hypertension. Methods From February 2012 to December 2014 in hypertensive patients choose our hospital 360 cases, accorded to the principle of random draw into the treatment group and the control group 180 cases in the control group was treated with irbesartan treatment group given irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide therapy combined have a month of treatment. Results After treatment, the treatment group and the control group response rate was 95.0% and 81.1%, respectively, comparing differences in the two groups was significantly effective in the treatment group was significantly higher（P0.05）. After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreased（P 0.05）, while the treatment group, systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than the control group（P 0.05）. All patients during treatment were no cases of serious adverse reactions, mild adverse reactions are not treated, and the symptoms disappeared after maintenance therapy. Conclusion The combination therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic efficacy of hypertension, greater blood pressure reduction; security is relatively good that should be widely applied.
