产前胎儿系统超声检查对胎儿畸形的临床诊断应用

目的观察胎儿系统超声应用于胎儿畸形的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2012年至2014年间来我院进行超声检查的孕产妇1021例产前超声诊断结果,与产后或者是引产后的结果进行比对,统计产前超声诊断的诊断正确率及漏诊率。结果在这1021例孕产妇中,产后或是引产后证实胎儿畸形、缺陷的为56例,其中超声诊断畸形、缺陷的为53例,与产后或是引产后的结果相吻合,漏诊3例,漏诊率为5.36%。结论在产前胎儿超声的检测能有效地对明显的形态结构方面的畸形及缺陷做出正确的判断,但是对较小畸形及缺陷存在一定的漏诊情况。

Objective To observe the clinical diagnostic value of fetal ultrasound system to fetal malformation. Methods 1021 case prenatal ultrasound diagnosis results of pregnant women, who had fetal ultrasound system in our hospital from 2012 to 2014, were retrospectively analyzed. The results were compared with postpartum or the results after the induction of labor. The prenatal ultrasound diagnosis rate and the missed diagnosis rate were counted. Results Among the 1021 cases of pregnant women, there were 56 cases of babies who were proved deformity, defect at postpartum or after the induction of labor, 53 cases of which were ultrasound diagnosed as malformation. Compared with postpartum or the result after the induction of labor. There were 3 cases of missed diagnosis patients, and the missed diagnosis rate were 5.36%. Conclusions Prenatal ultrasound detection can effectively judge obvious deformities and defects in morphological structure, but there were some missed diagnosis in less obvious deformities and defects.
