盆底磁疗结合康复消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效分析

Analysis of the Effect of Pelvic Therapy Combined with Rehabilitation Antiphlogistic Suppository in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探索盆底磁疗结合康复消炎栓应用于慢性盆腔炎治疗的临床治疗效果。方法选取2013年6月至2015年6月我院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者84例为研究对象,使用随机数表法随机分成对照组和实验组,每组42例。对照组使用康复消炎栓,实验组则在对照组的基础上联合盆底磁疗进行治疗,然后观察两组临床治疗的总有效率。结果实验组的临床治疗总有效率(95.2%),对照组的为(80.9%),前者显著高于后者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底磁疗联合康复消炎栓对于慢性盆腔炎的临床效果良好,能显著的缓解患者的临床症状和体征,有很高的推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pelvic floor therapy combined with rehabilitation antiphlogistic suppository used in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods A total of June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital from chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of 84 cases as the research object, using a random number table method were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each 42 cases in each. The control group using rehabilitation antiphlogistic suppository, experimental group is on the basis of the control group with pelvic magnetic treatment, then observe the clinical treatment in two groups, the total efficiency. Results The clinical total efficiency（95.2%）, the control group was（80.9%）, the former was significantly higher than that of the latter and the difference was statistically significant between the groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined therapy of pelvic floor rehabilitation antiphlogistic suppository for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has a good clinical effect, can significantly alleviate the patient＇s clinical symptoms and signs, have very high popularization value.
