摘要目的探究甲状腺激素检测对老年慢性心力衰竭患者病情评估的价值。方法回顾性分析2011年6月至2014年5月我院治疗的120例患者的临床记录资料,其中的80例为老年慢性心力衰竭患者,其余40例为其他病因住院治疗的患者。结果老年慢性心力衰竭组患者的FT3、TT3明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),且患者心力衰竭越重,差异越大;但老年慢性心力衰竭组的FT4、TT4与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。结论甲状腺激素检测对老年慢性心力衰竭患者病情评估具有重要的指导意义,可根据患者的FT3、TT3水平评估其病情。 Objective To investigate clinical significance of thyroid hormone testing for condition assessment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods The clinical records of 120 patients in our hospital from June 2011 to May 2014 were analyzed, 80 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure, and the remaining 40 cases of patients for other causes. Results FT3 and TT3 of elderly patients with chronic heart failure were significantly lower than the control group（P 0.05）, and the higher the level, the greater the difference; FT4 and TT4 of elderly patients with chronic heart failure were not significant difference the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Thyroid hormone testing for condition assessment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure has important guiding significance,it can be assessed based on the patient of FT3, TT3 level.
