CT诊断周围型小细胞肺癌32例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of CT Diagnosis in 32 Cases of Peripheral Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨和分析CT诊断周围型小细胞肺癌的临床效果,以供参考。方法随机选取本院于2012年10月至2015年10月收治的32例周围型小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,对所有患者进行X线胸片检查后,再进行CT检查,对比分析CT检查前后影像结果。结果采用CT检查后,患者中的边缘不规则分叶征、胸膜凹陷征、空泡征等发现率显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 CT诊断周围型小细胞肺癌的临床效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of CT diagnosis in peripheral small cell lung cancer, for references. Methods 32 cases of peripheral small cell lung cancer patients in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2015 were randomly selected for the study, all patients received X-ray examination, and then CT examination. The imaging results before and after CT examination were compared. Results After CT examination, the probability of finding irregular edges lobulation, pleural indentation and vacuole sign in patients significantly increased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion CT diagnosis of peripheral small-cell lung cancer has a significant effect, and it＇s worthy of clinical application.
