布地奈德雾化治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation in the Treatment of Pediatric Pneumonia

目的探讨布地奈德雾化治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的180例小儿肺炎患者,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组90例。两组患者均给予常规抗感染治疗,在此基础上,观察组给予布地奈德雾化治疗,比较两组患儿的临床效果。结果观察组患儿咳嗽减轻、气喘缓解时间、退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化化治疗小儿肺炎临床效果明显,可有效改善临床症状,促使患儿病情及早康复。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation in treating pediatric pneumonia. Methods 180 cases of children with pneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 90 cases each. Two groups were both given conventional anti-infection treatment, based on this observation group was given budesonide aerosol inhalation therapy. Results The cough remission time, asthma remission time, defervescence time, lung rale disappearing time of observation group were all significantly shorter than control group（P0.05）; the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment of pediatric pneumonia clinical has obvious effects, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, promote early rehabilitation.
