品管圈活动在糖尿病护理风险管理中应用效果的探讨

Observation on the Application Effect of Quality Control Circle Activity in diabetes Nursing Risk Management

目的探讨品管圈活动在糖尿病护理风险管理中应用效果。方法选取该院糖尿病临床护理人员50名,将50名护理人员划分为4个品管圈主题活动小组,分别选取如何进一步提升医院病房的胰岛素保管合格率,如何能够促使临床护理人员准确地掌握胰岛素注射方式,如何进一步提升临床护理人员的末梢血糖的合格率,如何提高糖尿病患者的健康教育效果的小组主题,制定临床护理风险管理对策并进行实施。结果实施品管圈活动之后医院胰岛素保管合格率为98.0%,显著高于实施品管圈活动前的85.0%。实施品管圈活动之后临床护理人员测定末梢血糖操作合格率为99.0%,显著高于实施品管圈活动前的90.0%。实施品管圈活动之后临床护理人员的糖尿病疾病知识考核优秀率为93.0%,显著高于实施品管圈活动前的74.0%。实施品管圈活动之后糖尿病临床护理缺陷事件2起,显著低于实施品管圈活动前的6起。结论在糖尿病护理风险管理中实施品管圈活动能够显著提高医院胰岛素保管合格率、护理人员末梢血糖测定操作合格率,显著降低了糖尿病护理缺陷事件的发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle activity in the risk management of diabetes nursing. Methods Selected 50 cases of our hospital diabetes clinical nursing staff, 50 cases of nursing staff is divided for four QCC subject group, were selected to further enhance the hospital ward insulin keeping qualified rate, how to promote the clinical nursing staff to accurately grasp the insulin injection, how to further improve the qualified rate of clinical nurs-ing staff in peripheral blood glucose, how to improve the effect of health education on patients with diabetes mellitus group theme, clinical nursing risk management strategy formulation. Results After the implementation of the quality control circle activity, the qualified rate of insulin storage in hospital was 98%, which was significantly higher than that in the 85%. After the implementation of the quality control circle activity, the qualified rate of clinical nursing staff was 99%, which was sig-nificantly higher than that of the 90%. After the implementation of the quality control circle activity, the excellent rate of clinical nursing staff＆#39;s knowledge of diabetes disease assessment was 93%, which was significantly higher than that of the 74% before the implementation of the quality control circle. After the implementation of the quality control circle activity, diabetes clinical nursing defects 2 cases, significantly lower than the 6 cases of the implementation of product management circle activities. Conclusion In diabetes nursing risk management in the implementation of quality management circle activ-ities can significantly improve hospital insulin keeping qualified rate and nursing staff in peripheral blood glucose determi-nation of operation qualification rate, significantly reduced the occurrence of diabetes care defect events.
