人性化管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用结果分析

Analysis on the Application of Human Nature Management Mode in Nursing Management in Operation Room

目的评价人性化管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法 1 274例患者纳入对照组,实施人性化护理管理后,1 309例患者纳入观察组,同时对手术室护理进行焦虑与抑郁评价、问卷调查。结果第四季度护士HAMA、HAMD评分低于第一季度,2015年第一季度HAMA、HAMD低于2014年第一季度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);工作压力下降占96%、工作氛围改善占88%、工作量减轻占60%、工作状态改善占82%;2014年末,护士工作支持量表评分、心理安全氛围评分、自我效能评分高于2014年初,护士离职倾向量表评分低于2014年初,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理模式有助于提升护理质量,减轻护士工作压力,增强护士能动性,促组织内部团结协作。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of humanized management mode in nursing management in opera-tion room. Methods The 1 274 patients were included in the control group, 1 309 patients were included in the observation group, and patients were included in the observation group. Results The fourth quarter HAMA, HAMD score lower than the first quarter, 2015 first quarter HAMA, HAMD lower than the first quarter of 2014, the difference was statistically signifi-cant （P〈 0.05）; work pressure decreased 88%, working atmosphere improved 60%, 83.05% of the work. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）;At the end of 2014, the nurse work support scale score, psychological safety climate score, self efficacy score higher than 2014, the turnover intention of the nurses in the beginning of 2014, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanized management mode can help to improve the quality of nursing, re-duce the work pressure of nurses, enhance the initiative of nurses, and promote the unity and cooperation of the organiza-tion.
