风险管理在肾内科护理管理中的应用价值研究

Application Value Research of risk Management in Nursing Management in Nephrology Department

目的探讨风险管理在肾内科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选择2014年6月—2015年6月至该肾内科住院的患者共计284例,随机分为观察组和对照组各142例。观察组患者给予护理风险管理,对照组给予常规护理管理。观察两组患者风险事件的发生率以及患者对护理的满意程度。结果对照组共计发生15例风险事故,发生率为10.56%,对照组总计发生3例,发生率为2.11%。风险事故发生率对照组明显高于观察组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组患者总满意度为91.55%,观察组为97.89%。观察组总满意度明显高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾内科护理管理中应用风险管理有助于减少风险事件发生和提高患者对护理的满意度。

Objective To observe the application value of risk management in nursing management in renal medicine. Methods 284 cases, which admitted in our hospital nephrology department during June 2014 - June 2015, were selected as the research object and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly, each of 142 cases. The observa-tion group was given the nursing risk management, while the control group was given the routine nursing management. The incidence of nursing risk events and patients satisfaction of the two groups was observed. Results Control group with a total of 15 cases of risk accidents, the incidence was 10.56%and control group with a total of 3 cases, the incidence was 2.11%. Risk of accidents in the control group was significantly higher than the observation group, the difference was significant sta-tistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total satisfaction of control group was 91.55%, while the total satisfaction of observation group was 97.89%. The total satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Risk nursing management applied in nephrology department can reduce the risk of incident and improve satisfaction of nursing.
