临床实习护生心理韧性的现状调查

Present Situation Investigation of Clinical Practice Nursing Students' resilience

目的调查临床实习护生心理韧性的现状,了解临床实习护生心理韧性的影响因素。方法该研究利用一般信息调查表和大学生心理韧性量表对350名临床实习护生进行调查,研究数据利用社会科学统计软件SPSS17.0进行录入和分析。结果临床实习护生心理韧性现状平均得分为(3.62±0.50)分。在学历层次、是否是独生子女和对专业看法等社会人口学特征对实习护生心理韧性得分有影响,差异有统计学意义。结论临床实习末期护生心理韧性为中等水平。

Objective To investigate resilience of clinical practice nursing student, understand influence factors of resilience. Methods This study used general information questionnaire and college student’s mental resilience scale to investigate 350 nursing student in clinical practice, All data were analyzed by SPSS for Windows 17.0. Results The score of nursing students’resilience was （3.62±0.50）. After analysis and comparison, difference was statistically significant in education background （P﹤0.01）, professional view （P﹤0.01） and whether the one-child （P﹤0.01）of social demographic characteristics. Conclusion Nursing students in clinic has reached the level of middle of resilience.
