风险管理在护理管理中的应用

目的分析风险管理在临床护理管理中的应用效果,为降低护理风险,提高护理质量提供必要依据。方法选取2014年11月—2015年11月在该院进行治疗的患者300例,将其随机分成实验组和对照组,每组患者150例,实验组患者采用风险管理,对照组患者进行一般护理管理,采用调查问卷以及与患者交流等措施,对比实验组和对照组之间的护理效果。结果实验组患者的满意度为98.7%(148/150),对照组患者的护理满意度为78.0%(117/150),实验组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在临床护理管理工作中,积极应用风险管理能够显著提升护理满意度,有效防范护理风险产生,减少了医患纠纷,值得在临床上积极推广应用。
