危机预警体系在耳鼻喉医疗安全管理中使用情况分析

Analysis of the Use of the Crisis Early Warning System in the Medical Safety Management of ENT

目的研究并探讨危机预警体系在耳鼻喉医疗安全管理中的应用效果。方法该院耳鼻喉科自2014年1月开始在耳鼻喉科疾病患者的医疗安全管理过程中采用危机预警体系,随机选取2014年1月—12月共200例患者进行研究,将其设置为观察组。另随机选取未实施危机预警体系医疗安全管理的200例耳鼻喉科疾病患者进行对比研究,选取自2013年1月—12月,将其设置为对照组。对比两组患者的呼吸道堵塞率、鼻腔大出血率、院内感染发生率以及满意度,并对比2013年1月—12月和2014年1月—12月该院耳鼻喉科的医疗纠纷事件发生情况。结果观察组患者的呼吸道堵塞率、鼻腔大出血率、院内感染发生率分别为2%、5%、3%,明显低于对照组的7%、12%、9%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度为98%,明显高于对照组的84%(P<0.05)。2013年1月—12月共发生5起医疗纠纷事件,2014年1月—12月医疗纠纷事件明显减少,仅发生1起。结论在耳鼻喉科的医疗安全管理中,采取危机预警体系进行管理,能够有效减少不良事件的发生,提高医疗服务满意度,减少医疗纠纷。

Objective To study and discuss the application effect of the crisis early warning system in the safety manage-ment of the ear nose and throat. Methods The crisis early warning system was adopted in the Department of ENT in our hospital since January 2014,a total of 200 patients were randomly selected from January to December in 2014.A comparative study of 200 cases of patients with the disease in the Department of ENT, which has not implemented the crisis early warn-ing system, was selected randomly,were selected from January to December in 2013, set it to the control group. In the two groups of patients with respiratory tract blockage, nasal bleeding rate, hospital infection rate and satisfaction,and compare the medical disputes in the Department of ENT of our hospital in January—December 2013 and January—December 2014. Results In the observation group, the incidence of respiratory tract blockage, nasal bleeding, nosocomial infection rates were 2%, 5%, 3%,were significantly lower than the control group of 7%, 12%, 9%（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction of the observation group was 98%, significantly higher than the control group of 84%（P〈0.05）. In January to December in 2013, 5 cases of medical disputes occurred, in January to December in 2014, the medical disputes were significantly reduced, only 1 cases occurred. Conclusion In the Department of ENT, the medical security management, to take the crisis warning system for management, can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events, improve medical service satisfaction, reduce medical disputes.
