目的分析护理管理中实施优质护理服务的效果。方法选取2014年2月—2015年4月期间该院收治的住院患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为实验组和对照组各40例。实验组采用优质护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组患者的护理质量、器械以及药品操作合格率、护理满意度。结果实验组重症护理合格率为95%,明显高于对照组80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组常规护理合格率为97.5%,明显高于对照组77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理文件书写合格率为100%,明显高于对照组82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组健康教育知晓率为95%,明显高于对照组77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组器械以及药品操作合格率为100%,明显高于对照组器械82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理满意度为97.5%,明显高于对照组72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理管理中实施优质护理,具有非常高的护理质量、器械以及药品操作合格率、护理满意度,值得广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing management in the implementation of high quality nursing service. Methods During February 2014 to April 2014 inpatients of our hospital 80 cases as the research object, according to the method of random Numbers will be divided into the experimental group and the control group （n = 40）. Experimental group uses the high quality of nursing, the control group using conventional care, compared two groups of patients＆#39; quality of care, instruments and medicines qualification rate of operation and nursing satisfaction. Results The experimental group of icu percent of pass is 95%, significantly higher than the control group 80%, significant difference with statistical significance （P〈0.05）; Group routine nursing percent of pass is 97.5%, significantly higher than the control group 77.5%, significant difference with statistical significance（P〈0.05）; Experimental group nursing documents writing percent of pass is 100%, significantly higher than the control group 82.5%, significant difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Group health education witting rate was 95%, significantly higher than the control group 77.5%, significant difference with statistical sig-nificance（P〈0.05）;Experimental equipment and drug operation percent of pass is 100%, significantly higher than the con-trol group 82.5% instrument, the significant difference with statistical significance（P〈0.05）; Group nursing satisfaction was 97.5%, significantly higher than the control group 72.5%, significant difference with statistical significance（P〈0.05）; Con-clusion High quality nursing in nursing management, high quality of care, instruments, and drug operation qualification rate, nursing satisfaction, should be widely used.
