摘要
分析小儿阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征在临床治疗过程中配合整体护理干预措施的临床应用效果。方法选择该院2013年3月—2015年3月收治的82例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患儿临床资料进行分析,根据不同护理方法,把82例患儿分为两组,两组患者均给予手术治疗,一组设定为对照组配合临床常规护理,另一组设定为观察组配合整体护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组痊愈率85.37%,好转率14.63%,无效率0%,对照组痊愈率60.98%,好转率39.02%,无效率0%,对比两组护理效果,观察组痊愈率、好转率均优于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率2.44%,对照组并发症发生率19.51%,对比两组并发症发生率,对照组明显比观察组高,两组对比差异具有统计学意义P<0.05)。结论小儿阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征临床治疗同时配合整体护理干预措施,可以明显提高临床痊愈率和好转率,减少无效率和并发症发生率,利于患儿及早恢复健康。
Objective To analyze pediatric obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, the overall care effect. Methods 82 cases were divided into two groups, patients were given surgical treatment, a group set to the control group with routine clinical care, another group is set to match the overall nursing intervention study group, compared two groups of nursing effect . Results The cure rate, improvement rate than the control group; the control group was significantly higher than that ob-served complication group. Conclusions Pediatric obstructive sleep apnea syndrome with holistic nursing interventions can improve clinical cure rate and improvement rate.
