中医心理学的发展及在中医妇科的应用

The Development of TCM Psychology and Its Application in the Gynecology Clinic of TCM

目的深入探讨中医心理学的发展及其作用于妇科的方法和效果。方法以该院2013年11月—2015年11月期间收治的200例妇科患者作为该次研究的对象,采用回顾性分析的方式对所有患者的一般资料进行综合性分析,并对其中医心理学的应用过程进行评价。结果中医妇科临床中的中医心理学问题有较高的发生率,接近半数的患者在心理出现问题时不知道如何解决,超过90%的患者在心理问题出现后不知道如何解决。经中医心理学治疗后,患者的满意度显著高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范中医心理学在妇科中的应用对于提高患者的治疗效果具有重要的临床意义,值得广泛应用及推广。

Objective To investigate the development and the effect of TCM Psychology in. abstract objective to explore the development of TCM psychology and its effect on the method and effect of department of gynaecology. Methods In our hos-pital during November 2013 to November 2015 treated 200 cases of gynecologic patients as the research object, adopt way the general data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed, comprehensive analysis and the process of the application of TCM psychology. Results Of TCM gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in clinical psychology problems had higher incidence, nearly half of the patients don＆#39;t know how to solve the problems of the psychological, more than 90% of the patients don＆#39;t know how to solve after psychological problems. After treatment with TCM psychology, significantly higher than before the treatment, the patient＆#39;s satisfaction （P〈 0.05） difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Of psycholo-gy of TCM in the application of department of gynaecology to improve the therapeutic effect of patients has important clini-cal significance, is worth wide application and promotion.
