摘要
目的：探讨腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的手术配合护理方法。方法选取该院2014年5月-2015年5月收治的48例行腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者为研究对象,均给予手术配合护理。结果患者手术持续时间为45-92 min,术中出血量为55-110 mL,尿管留置时间为2 d,术后2 d患者肠道均已排气,均可下床活动,患者术后平均住院时间为4.5 d。结论给予腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者相关手术配合护理,临床效果满意。
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic hysterectomy operation nursing method. Methods In our hos-pital from May 2014 to May 2015 a total of 48 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomy patients as the research object, were giv-en nursing care with surgery. Results The surgery duration is 45 - 92min, the amount of bleeding was 55-110 mL, 2D catheter indwelling time, postoperative intestinal 2D patients have exhaust, can ambulation, postoperative hospitalization time was 4.5d. Conclusion Laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery patients nursing, satisfactory clinical effect.
