摘要
该研究探讨在内科护理过程中医护人员与患者之间沟通所存在的问题以及相应的解决对策,缓解医患关系的矛盾,加强内科护理人员与病患以及患者家属之间的沟通,提高内科护理的质量水平。主要采取问卷调查的方式对我市一家大型三甲医院的消化内科2015年3—9月的140例患者及家属进行调查。将患者均分为两组,其中一组针对内科护理中存在问题进行改善之后与患者的相处;另外一组为对照组,依旧采取原有的沟通模式进行处理。观察两组满意度调查结果。从中可以看出,内科护理人员在改善了与患者沟通的相关问题之后明显地提升了患者的满意度,患者与内科医护人员在沟通上存在的矛盾在很大的程度上有了缓解。由此可得出改善内科护理在沟通中存在的问题能够有效地提升了患者对医护人员的满意程度。
This paper discusses the process of communication in medical care that exists between the medical staff and the patient's problems and the corresponding solutions, ease the contradiction between the doctor-patient relationship, to strengthen communication between the patient and the medical and nursing staff family members of patients, improve level of quality medical care. Mainly taken the questionnaire in a large way to the city's three hospitals Gastroenterology, March 2015 to September 2015 140 patients and their families to investigate. The patients were divided into two groups, one group after improvement for medical care in the patient's problems and get along with the other group was the control group still take the original mode of communication for processing. Satisfaction survey results were observed. As can be seen, after the medical caregiver issues related to improving communication with patients significantly improved patient satisfaction, patient and medical health care contradiction in communication in the presence of a large extent been alleviated. Thus it can be drawn to improve medical care in the communication problems in effectively enhance patient satisfaction with the medical staff.
