摘要
目的观察优质护理在急诊科护理管理中的应用效果。方法随机选取该院急诊科2012年12月—2013年12月收治的200例患者作为对照组,该组未实施优质护理,随机抽取本院急诊科2014年1月—2015年1月期间收治的200例患者作为观察组,该组采用优质护理。对比两组护理质量评分及护理满意度。结果观察组护理质量评分及护理满意度均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科护理管理中应用优质护理可使护理质量得到提高,同时可使患者的护理满意度得到提高,缓解护患关系,值得广泛应用推广。
Objective To observe the effect of the application of quality care in the emergency department nursing man-agement. Methods Randomly selected hospital emergency department in December 2012 — December 2013 admitted 200 patients as a control group, which did not implement quality care, randomly selected hospital emergency department admit-ted in January 2014 - January 2015 period 200 cases as the observation group, the group of high-quality care. Compared two groups of quality of care and nursing satisfaction ratings. Results The quality of care and nursing satisfaction scores than the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the emergency department nursing management quality care can improve quality of care, while allowing patient care sat-isfaction improved to ease the nurse-patient relationship, worth widely promoted.
