摘要
目的分析调查肿瘤科护士对于癌性疼痛的认知及实践现状。方法随机选取60名在肿瘤科工作1年及以上的专业肿瘤科护理人员,对其进行疼痛管理相关知识的调查。结果护理人员对疼痛相关知识了解程度较低,对于癌症疼痛评估时仅有66.67%的护士采用主诉+观察+评估表对患者的疼痛进行评估。所有护理人员均对癌性疼痛相关知识的培训具有一定的需求,且对癌性疼痛管理的影响因素有着不同的看法。结论对于护理人员进行持续的疼痛管理知识教育,能够有效提高其专业素养和疼痛管理水平,进而提高癌症患者的生活质量。
Objective Investigation and analysis of oncology nurses for cognition and practice situation of cancer pain;Methods Random selection of 85 cancer patients in oncology department for 1 years and above the professional oncology nursing staff,investigation on the knowledge of pain management. Result The senior nurses＇ cognition of pain related is higher.All nurses have a certain demand for the training of cancer pain related knowledge,and there are different views on the influencing factors of cancer pain management. Conclusion Knowledge education for continuous pain management in nursing staff,can effectively improve their professional literacy and pain management level,and improve the quality of life of cancer patients.
