规范健康教育在脑出血患者护理中的应用

Application the Nursing Path in Patients With Cerebral Hemorrhage of Health Education

目的探讨脑出血患者进行规范化健康教育护理干预对其预后及生活质量的影响。方法本文旨在通过对近年来脑出血患者的护理情况调查,研究在基本护理的基础上进行全面健康教育综合护理,通过个体健康教育、集体健康教育及二者相结合的方式对患者进行相关用药护理知识的指导、运动及饮食指导、诱发高危因素教育。结果患者的用药知识、不良生活方式、高危致病因素等相关知识知晓率显著升高;护理前患者生活质量评分(31.2±9.3)分,护理后患者生活质量评分(63.5±11.6)分,生活质量明显提高。结论脑出血患者进行规范化健康教育等综合护理干预,可显著提高患者的相关知识了解程度,改善患者的生活质量,提高预后效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the standardization of health education in patients with cerebral hemorrhage effect of nurs-ing intervention on the prognosis and quality of life.Methods This article is intended to pass to the survey on nursing care of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in recent years, research on comprehensive health education on the basis of the basic nursing care, through a single health education, health education and collective ways of combining the two to patient medi-cation guide, exercise and diet instruction of nursing knowledge, evoked risk education. Results In patients with medical knowledge, unhealthy lifestyles and high risk factors and other related knowledge rate significantly increased; Nursing care of patients quality of life scores （31.2±9.3）, after nursing care of patients＇ quality of life scores （63.5±11.6 ）, improved qual-ity of life. Conclusion Standardization of health education of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, can significantly improve the knowledge level of patients and improve the quality of life of patients and im-prove the prognosis effect, worth clinical promotion.
