健康教育在腹膜透析病人中的应用效果评价

目的评价健康教育在腹膜透析病人中的应用效果。方法阐述腹膜透析病人进行健康教育的主要内容,并针对这些内容,评价健康教育在腹膜透析病人中的应用效果。结果腹膜透析病人健康教育的主要内容包括心理护理、换液操作指导、管道及出口护理、饮食指导、并发症的观察及护理、出院指导六个方面。通过这六个方面的健康教育能够提高患者关于透析的知识和技能、监督护士的工作,减少危险的发生,增加病人的自我约束力,提高了患者治疗的依从性。结论健康教育在腹膜透析病人中具有重要的意义,提高了透析质量和患者的生活质量。因此,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Health Education in peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods This paper de-scribed the main contents of peritoneal dialysis patients health education,and evaluated the health education for these appli-cation results in peritoneal dialysis patients. Results The patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis health education mainly includes six aspects,they were psychological care, for liquid Operating instructions, export pipelines and nursing, dietary guidance, observation and nursing of complications, discharge guidance. Through health education can improve patient knowledge and skills on dialysis, Supervise the work of nurses and reduce the risk of occurrence, increase the patient＇s self-discipline and improve patient adherence to treatment. Conclusion Health education has an important significance in peritoneal dialysis patients, improve the quality of dialysis and the quality of life of patients. Therefore, it is worth promot-ing.
