摘要
目的了解泰安市就诊卡的应用现状,从患者就医视角分析存在的问题,给出解决的方法。方法选择泰安市三甲医院为样本,采用调查、访谈以及实地体验相结合的方法,查找问题,进行分析比较。结果泰安市就诊卡的应用仍然处于初级阶段,认知度较低,混用严重,必须要持续性地进行改进。结论以身份证号为患者唯一ID识别标志,作为全市通用的"泰医码",以此绑定多卡复合模式,统一全市就诊卡。
Objective In order to give the method to solve the problem for the application of clinic card in Tai’an hospitals, by investigating clinic card application status in Tai’an City , and analysis of the existing problems in the service to the patients. Methods By choosing grade III, class A hospital in Tai’an city hospital as sample, using the survey, interview, and the method of combining the field experience, the problem in existing is analyzed and compared. Results The applica-tion of clinic card in Tai’an City is still in its infancy,Low awareness,serious confusion, it must be continuous improved. Conclusion Unique ID code for patients with Citizen ID card, this ID called “medical code” is used as a unified standard in Tai’an City. And This ID and a variety of CARDS form a composite model to unified medical card in tai’an city.
