Analysis and Management of Infectious Diseases: Prevention and Control of Hospital Pediatric Respiratory Tract

目的：探讨医院儿科呼吸道传染病管理和预防控制措施。方法对2010年6月—2013年6月我国疾病预防控制信息系统中的呼吸道传染病数据进行分析，实施呼吸道传染病管理措施，观察干预效果。结果2010—2014年期间，小儿麻疹的发病率呈不断上升趋势，且主要中在0~3岁患儿，以散居儿童为主；干预后，医务人员呼吸道传染病感染防控知识评分、儿科门诊呼吸道传染病预检分诊实施率均明显提高。结论小儿呼吸道传染疾病尤其是麻疹发病率不断攀升，加强儿科传染病预检分诊、全员培训、开展健康宣教、落实各项防控措施等，是医院感染控制和传染病控制的关键。

Objective To investigate the hospital pediatric respiratory infectious disease management and prevention and control measures. Methods On June 2010 -2013 June China disease prevention and control of respiratory tract infectious disease data in the information system, the implementation of management measures of respiratory infectious diseases, inter-vention effects. Results during the period 2010-2014, children with measles incidence rate showed a rising trend and main in 0-3 years old children, mainly in scattered children; intervention, medical personnel respiratory infectious disease infec-tion prevention and control knowledge score and pediatric outpatient respiratory infectious disease pre triage implementation rate were significantly improved .Conclusion pediatric respiratory infectious diseases, especially the measles incidence rate continues to rise, enhancing the pediatric infectious disease triage, staff training, carry out health education, the implemen-tation of the prevention and control measures etc., is key of hospital infection control and control of infectious diseases.
