目的探讨和研究医院放射科的具体护理管理模式和效果。方法针对放射科护理的具体内容和工作特色,设置科学的检查工作流程,加强护理技能培训,构建横向衔接的护理模式,重视安全管理,增强法律意识,并创造服务特色,打造放射科护理服务品牌。结果建立了良好的放射科窗口形象,护理服务质量呈现出明显的提高,护理安全、抢救意识得到了较好的加强,护理专业知识、技能显著提高。结论放射科应当建立对护理工作的重视态度,不断完善护理服务工作内容,优秀的护理工作可以缩短放射检查的时间,提高科室医疗质量、技术质量、服务质量和管理水平。

Objective To explore and study the specific nursing management mode and effect of hospital radiology depart-ment. Methods To set up scientific inspection work flow, strengthen nursing skill training, build up the horizontal connec-tion nursing mode, pay attention to safety management, strengthen legal awareness, and create service features, to create a health care service brand. Results The image of the Department of radiology was established. The quality of nursing service was improved obviously, and the nursing safety and rescue consciousness was strengthened. Conclusion The Department should establish the attitude to nursing work, and constantly improve the work of nursing service, excellent nursing work can shorten the time of radiation inspection, improve the quality of medical quality, technology, service quality and management level.
